I purchased this snowblower for my parents. It was delivered promptly to their garage approxiately 1 week after the order was placed. Packing was very good - the product arrived in excellent condition. Setup took approximately 1 hour and consisted of unpacking the blower and installing the chute. The engine came with oil in it. We added fuel, hooked up the electric starter, and the blower started on the first try. The engine requires fuel stabilizer to be added to the fuel to prevent engine damage with storage. Overall experience so far has been excellent. Have not yet used the machine to move snow.
